Minutemaids has offered carpet cleaning to our customers since 1995. We use a steam extraction method and have chemicals designed to treat even the toughest stains. We are able to reach the farthest corners of your home or office, because we have both van mounted and portable units. We also offer fabric protectant for carpets and furniture with Teflon by Dupont.
Pricing:
 Carpet fees are based on the amount of sqaure feet cleaned and the distance traveled.

Upholstery prices vary depending on the size of the furniture being cleaned and range from $5 for a kitchen chair to $120 for a sectional sofa.

Protectant on carpet is priced by square feet treated and furniture is based on linear feet of the piece, ranging from $3 to $60.

A discount rate applies for larger areas. Trip charge for small jobs over 20 miles. Minimum set up fee of $75.
